Application for the variation of condition no.6 of planning permission ref: 17/00096/FUL [Demolition of existing garage and shed and construction of 2 bed dwelling to the rear] to alter the allocation of parking provision at the site.

Former agricultural shed (Fish Breeding Shed) edged green on Plan 2 has been used as a dwelling house since January 2015. The land that forms part of the site has been used as a residential garden by the occupants of the Fish Breeding Shed (edged red on Plan 2) since January 2015.
