Lawful Development Certificate Proposed: Demolition of an existing uPVC conservatory and construction of a new brick-built single-storey 'orangery' type extension. New building work will be completely within the curtilage of the property and only partially visible from the estate access road due to the presence of a retained boundary fence line. The proposal has previously been endorsed by means of a Lawful Development Certificate (LDC) from Tonbridge & Malling BC, but a new application for a new LDC is requested due to the overall plan dimensions of the proposed extension requiring minor amendment due to site conditions
