Construction of a replacement stable block with associated storage and a 40m by 20m sandschool, including all landscaping and operational development

Lawful Development Certificate Existing: Use of the site for the keeping, stabling and grazing of up to 24 horses, including the provision of livery and/or facilities for DIY livery. Use of the site for equestrian events, including show jumping, dressage and TREC events, for not more than 28 days in total in any calendar year. Provision within the buildings outlined in green, orange, and purple on the Site Location Plan (as amended) of 24 stables in total, a tearoom/tackroom, and storage facilities, and use of the building outlined in blue for storage of hay in connection with the keeping of horses at the site. Construction of the sand school, together with six column-mounted floodlights, the parking area, hay soak area and field shelter shown on the Site Location Plan
