Non Material Amendment to planning permission TM/19/02240/FL: changes to the roof as follows to remove the projecting fascia to simplify the canopy line; rationalise the roofline between bedroom 1 and the office; move the roof lights to suit internal layout updates, add a new roof light above the entrance. Minor changes to the windows and doors of the fenestration. Replace horizontal cladding with vertical cladding; clad chimney in zinc to match the fascia; use Zinc around the windows and entrance on the north elevation. The recessed entrance will be moved forward by 400mm; and shorten the ramp to the vegetable garden
