Prior Notification for Residential Extension: (Part 1 Class A) single storey rear extension, extending four metres from the house with a roof height of approximately 3.15m. The extension will have facing brick to match the existing building and a flat roof with a parapet wall and stone coping. The single door, bifold door and window will be white aluminium framed, and the rooflight will be grey uPVC. Scupper drains and downpipes will be added to the east elevation and join to existing drainage
