Existing first floor residential accommodation to be converted to offices, the addition of a window to the first floor northern elevation, the removal of some of the external temporary structures and the installation of some electric car charging points. Dormers added to barn roof and glazed balustrade added to the edge of all flat roof areas and a metal spiral staircase to the terrace.
