Construction of a new roof with rear dormer windows). To allow for a new single storey side extension, addition of pitched roof and alterations to approved side extension, additional first floor windows in side and rear elevation, additional second floor window in front elevation, use of render in place of brick, removal of chimney and alterations to window sizes.
