To allow an alternative roof detail, omitting the zinc and providing a lead dormer and flashing; and amended car park layout with the loss of 1no. space). To allow for the occupation of plots prior to the parking provision being made available.

Change of use of existing former bank (Use Class A2) to a two storey restaurant (Use Class A3), including first floor extension, retention of the front facade, outdoor seating at first floor level, installation of external flues, external staircase, new plant room at roof top level together with internal alterations including regularisation of the party wall with the existing chemist (Use Class A1). Change of use of the apartment from residential C3 to Office B1.

Application for variation of Condition 5 on planning permission 99402/FUL/19. (Conversion of first floor office/storage rooms to residential and alteration/extension to existing office premises to provide office accommodation). To delete reference to Mr Jones and allow the B1 office use in the outbuilding to continue through a change of ownership of the property.
