Application for variation of condition 2 on planning permission 96870/FUL/19 (Change of use of two ground floor commercial units to four residential apartments and alterations to elevations.). To alter the location of 2no of the proposed flats along with the associated external alterations to include new windows and doors and the bricking up of windows/doors to both ground floor North and East elevations.
