Demolition of building to front of site and erection of a part three storey part two storey building consisting of a commercial use (office/retail - Use Class E) at ground floor and a duplex apartment at first and second floors, the latter including an enclosed first floor rear terrace with dual pitch roof, together with other works to the wider site including the erection of a new wall along the rear boundary in place of double gates, the raising in height of the brick wall to part of rear and side (north-west) boundary wall and installation of new mechanically operated main entrance gates and pedestrian gate to front boundary.
