Application for variation of condition 2 on planning permission 99418/HHA/19 (Erection of single storey side extension with garage conversion and rear glazed extension. Alterations to roof shape to accommodate first floor extension at all elevations. Erection of rear dormer and changing shape to exising front dormer and other associated external alterations). To amend approved plans to replace velux window at rear with dormer.

Application for variation of condition 3 on planning permission 82896/FULL/2014 (Erection of 2no. detached dwellinghouses with associated car parking and landscaping.). To allow for alterations to the rear footprint, removal of the chimneys, the addition of solar panels built into the roof, the addition of frosted landing windows between the 2 properties including minor alterations to window shapes / positions, alteration to front door canopy from flat roof to pitched, skewing the driveway of Plot 1 slightly, to avoid the existing telegraph pole.

To amend the approved plans to allow for the rear wall to be moved out by 1.5 metres at ground level beneath first floor balcony.). Application for Variation of Condition 2 on planning permision 95710/FUL/18 (Conversion of the existing pool outbuilding to a 3 bed dwelling. External alterations to include a green roof, a terrace with a glass balustrade, removal of the existing staircase, addition of new windows and doors and creation of associated private access road/parking) to alter the layout and window/door positions and external appearance and the creation of an outdoor terrace.
