Demolition of existing structures and canopies, alterations and refurbishment of existing retail units at ground floor (Use Class A1-A3) including new shop fronts, the provision of new office floorspace (Use Class B1) at part first floor, refurbished public realm and landscaping, and associated works and improvements.
