Erection of a single storey side extension to encapsulate the existing outdoor terrace area works also include removal of the existing timber fence to Lisson Grove, and set back the fence line, to facilitate a new hedge to be planted to a height of 2m. Creation of a retractable roof over the current external area, to replace the existing parasols. Formation of a frontage to the retracting roof, and a slightly raised planting bed.
