Application for variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) on planning permission 99181/FUL/19 (Conversion of the existing coach house to a detached dwellinghouse with the erection of a rear orangery. External alterations to include changes to the existing garage doors to bifold/windows, addition of new windows and door to the front, landscaping works and new car parking layout.). To amend the approved plans including the addition of a timber fence, adjustment of the rear boundary and alterations to the windows on the front elevation.

Conversion of the existing dwelling into a pair of semi detached dwellinghouses following the erection of a first floor side and a part single/part three storey rear extension with associated boundary fencing/gates and other external alterations and landscaping.

To amend the approved front boundary treatments and site layout.
