Trees in a Conservation Area Notification: Within the area indicated on the plan - 1) Remove the Conifer which is located against fence 2) Remove several smaller self-seeded trees which are up against the north boundary fence 3) Remove 4 semi-mature Acer trees along north boundary 4) Remove 2 Thuja trees on the boundary 5) Reduce the crown by approximately 2m of two mature Acers and one Lime which are close to boundary and the roof of the neighbouring property to allow more light into property.
