Trees in a Conservation Area Notification: MATURE OAK - Prune out any dead, damaged or diseased branches, leaving good pruning cuts; prune back the branches growing out towards the conservatory away from the house but not as far as the old pruning points; and reduce the weight of the branch growing out over the fence on the far side of the tree (towards the field at the rear of the house); HORNBEAM - Adjacent to oak; prune to provide clearance from the oak's crown.

TREES: Mixed Species (G1) - Fell one Ash stem, cut back the Ivy growing towards the path. Fell one Holly stem growing towards Valley House. Reduce two multi-stemmed Holly trees to just above the height of the paling fence.
