Variation of Condition 5 (Age Restriction on Occupation) in Relation to 17/03661/FULL - No unit of accommodation shall be occupied at any time other than by a person aged 55 or older together with their spouse, partner or companion as appropriate, except that where a person aged at least 55 years is predeceased having resided within the development as a spouse, partner or companion, that person may continue to reside within the development.

Variation of Condition 4 (Internal Road Configuration Drawings) of 17/02765/OUT - To amend condition 4 to read: 'The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 15679 H-01 Rev P2 & DHA/11357/21'.
