Listed Building Consent - Internal changes to the ground floor and lower ground floor, including wall removal, door removal, form new door opening, removal of non-load bearing stud, removal of lightweight partitions, increase size of under stair cupboard, and external alterations including, removal of timber ramp, extend existing light-wells, brick up window, new shop front entrance, adjustments to front wall and fence, resurface parking area, and erection of shed in front garden.
