Variations of Condtions 13 (Biodviersity enhancements), 20 (Archaeological written specification and timetable) and 21 (Archaeological evaluation and safeguarding) of 20/00070/FULL (Erection of 1 no. detached dwellings; conversion of garage block to holiday let; replacement of roof; restoration of walled garden including erection of a conservatory within the walled garden; restoration of landscaped grounds; repair of curtilage listed bothy sheds and outbuilding/barn; repair to garden walls and new parking including swimming pool.) - Re-wording of the conditions to enable the implementation and the necessary restoration works to the important buildings and walls to occur.
