Part-demolition and conversion of workshop building to a single dwelling, construction of a residential dwelling and change of use of B2 yard to residential curtilage (Plots 2 & 3). Demolition of garage/dwelling and construction of a replacement residential dwelling (Plot 4) with associated access, parking and landscaping.
