Trees in a Conservation Area Notification - T1: Magnolia Tree - Reduce crown by 10%. Crown thinning by 20%, T2: Rowan Tree - Fell, T3: Fir Tree - Proposed Work: Fell to ground or up to 4 foot (dependent on how much the trunk has grown into the boundary fence), T4: Holly and Laurel Bushes - Trim by 50%, roughly 3.5 meters
