Condition 2 - Construction works shall not be commenced above slab level until a schedule of the types and colour of the materials to be used for all new partitions and the required oak post has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Thereafter the development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details.

The Development would have an operational lifespan of 40 years.
