Variation of condition 2 (use of the site) attached to UTT/20/0780/FUL - condition 2 to read "The office accommodation identified as part of the live/ work dwellings shall be retained within USE Class B1 (a) (office) of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) or if no work space is required then the space can still be used as a bedroom under Use Class C3 as per the remainder of the unit.
