1 no. Lime - crown lift building side to 5m to clear building roof by up to 1.5m - Low branches are resting on roof of garage block

Fell 3 no. of Poplars at the front of the Stansted Audi Garage.

1no. Goat Willow- crown reduced back to most recent previous points (leaving a flowing branch line where possible). 1no. Rowan- small dead branches removed far down on either side of the crown and selected small amount of branches to be pruned to clear neighbouring Magnolia. 1no. Yew - trimmed back to previous points as hard as possible, whilst maintaining greenery and dome shape. 1 no. Apple -to have epicormic growth removed and major dead wood which is present in low part of the crown to be removed. 1no. Cornus- crown reduced back to most recent previous points (leaving a flowing branch line where possible). 1no. Hazel crown lifted over the rear flower bed and over the garage up to a height of 1m above the apex of the garage roof.

Remove epicormic growth up to crown break and 1-2m crown reduction of limb over driveway/garage of 1 no. Oak

Crown lift to 4m 2 no. Field Maple, 2 no. Lime, 5 no. Sycamore, 1 no. Prunus, 2 no. Acacia and mixed species. Lift crown over garage to 5m 1 no. Lime

Fell 1 no. Conifer and 1 no. Cherry. Tree A is a large conifer (believed to be Lawson Cypress) which is crowding other adjacent conifers as shown in the attached photos. It is also immediately adjacent to the existing garage and growing over and against the garage wall blocking light and causing damp. Tree B is a cherry tree which was formerly covered in ivy. The ivy was cleared earlier in the year, but the tree is suffering from bacterial canker as shown in the photos and has already lost several large branches. It is also very close to the foundations of the existing garage retaining wall where its roots could cause structural issues. Both trees could be replaced if required, however the gardens of Reed House already contain many large trees as can be seen in the photos, some of which are overcrowding others.
