Proposed construction of single storey orangery extension to rear elevation. Partial removal of 1920's fabric and removal of modern 1970's fabric to facilitate orangery. Infill of modern 1970's window within east elevation.

Demolition of extensions. Construction of single and two storey rear extensions. Creation of two internal openings on ground and first floor to connect to extension; creation of two new windows to rear facade at first floor; demolition of recently constructed garden shed.

Demolition of 20th Century additions and garages. Construction of a 1.5 storey side extension and detached garage. Conservation and internal and external alterations to the historic range.

Proposed alterations to the dwelling including raising the roof, construction of dormer window, introduction of new fenestration and internal works.

Removal of 6 no. modern rooflights to first floor flat roof. Infil openings to match existing construction. Recover existing felt with liquid waterproofing system to both first and second floor flat roofs

Block up the existing back door with a wall construction to match the existing wall. Remove the kitchen window, enlarge the opening below the window sill and fit a new back door.

Demolition of outbuilding. Construction of two storey extension with single storey link to cottage, two bay cart lodge and shed.

Erection of a Cart Lodge. Construction of an open green oak front entrance porch. Addition of a deeper window to the main bedroom with a pitched dormer over. Bi-Fold doors and velux windows to the cow shed. Removal of plasterboard ceiling in the cow shed to expose beams and remove a stud wall in the cow shed. Insert a window in the end of the cow shed

Construction of outbuilding to consist of a double garage to the front, with an office and store room behind.
