Renovation of public house and renovation of existing dwelling

Proposed renovation and refurbishment works. Internal works including decorating/replacing/repairing windows, doors, door frames, linings and architraves, exposed timbers, walls, floors and ceilings throughout. Erection of protective timber cladding. Works to improve fire protection including plastering and fire door. External works including removal of windows and infill openings. Insertion of new window opening. Removal of existing corrugated roofing, rafters and posts over current smoking area. Repair/replace fascias and soffits, cast iron gutters and downpipes, window openings, frames, cills etc. Make good render, replace external timber wall claddings. Replace defective brickwork and repoint. Defective roof tiles replaced. Remove existing brick wall at rear of car park and reduce ground levels to provide additional car parking.

Proposed new painted and hanging signage to the front elevation, replacement of existing CCTV cameras to front elevation, painted door and shopfront window. Internal works. Internal alterations - removal of two stud walls and glass brick wall, new flooring throughout (concrete on shop floor, tiles in WC and prep kitchen), painting of plastered walls and ceilings, tiling of WC walls, replacement of kitchen cabinets in prep kitchen, removal of cupboards in corridor, installation of timber framed service counters with concrete fascia and tiled surface, installation of fixed wall shelving behind service counter, installation of bench seating, renovation of WC.

Proposed renovation of barns including change of use to 7 no. Dwellings, including the construction of new internal partitions, reconstruction of collapsed barn, replacement of timber weatherboarding, new external openings and repairs to maintain structural integrity.

Proposed renovation works to Lea Hall including the demolition of existing modern extensions, reinstatement of external render to match original, replacement of modern internal floor finishes, minor alterations to internal walls and minor repairs to match existing.

Part retrospective renovation of the farmhouse and ancillary buildings to include replacement of timber windows, replacement of roof to the single-storey rear addition, renewal of cast concrete floors with limecrete slabs and forming new window and door openings to the rear elevation, ground floor and first floor. Removal of partitioned store in kitchen and partitions forming the airing cupboard on the first floor landing and general decoration. The works to the cart lodge comprise replacing the corrugated roof covering, forming of new partitions and installation of new ledged and braced timber doors.

Renovation works to existing garage including replacing roof tiles/wood, windows and door and internal alterations to enable roof storage. Renovation of drive from pea gravel to brick block design.
