Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) to include change of road layout fronting plots 128/129, extension of footways, re-siting of parking to plot 177, repositioning of garden boundaries, removal of garage at plot 215 and raised terrace to the rear of plots 129-143 and variation of condition 3 (materials) from approved application 18/01827/REM dated 04 January 2019 for the reserved matters (access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) for 250 dwellings comprising phases R2 and R3 of application reference 14/02454/HYB and associated works including sub station
