Non material amendment to approved planning application 19/01339/FUL dated 24 October 2019 (Demolition of existing detached garage and raising of eaves height and roof height to detached dormer bungalow to form two storey dwelling with accommodation in roof space and attached garage) to permit the substitution of two number ground floor windows to the reception with large window, the omission of a en-suite window and the adjustment to the position of the first floor window.
