Application for a Non-Material Amendment to planning permission 20/00962/S7301 dated 19th October 2021. (full planning permission 20/00962/FUL for demolition of existing building and redevelopment of site to create a Bio-CNG vehicle fuelling facility comprising fuel pump islands, plant compound, landscaping, creation of new access and egress from Altofts Lane and associated development dated 4th September 2020 at Greywood Hall , Altofts Lane, Castleford WF10 5PZ). Amendments comprise of change to site layout with a new gas powered generator, extension to the compound area with revisions to fencing location and specification.

Application for a Non-Material Amendment to planning permission 20/00962/S7301 dated 19th October 2021. (full planning permission 20/00962/FUL for demolition of existing building and redevelopment of site to create a Bio-CNG vehicle fuelling facility comprising fuel pump islands, plant compound, landscaping, creation of new access and egress from Altofts Lane and associated development dated 4th September 2020 at Greywood Hall , Altofts Lane, Castleford WF10 5PZ) The changes are to replace the existing timber fencing at the rear western boundary with 2.4 m high v-mesh security fencing in black. The proposed fencing replicates that to be installed around the plant compound (also on the sites western boundary) and at other boundaries of the station under the current planning consent (ref: 20/00962/S7301). No other changes to the site layout are proposed
