Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 9 (materials), 10 (surfacing) and 13 (landscaping) of approved applications 20/00664/FUL dated 12.11.2020 and 20/00664/S7301 dated 5.4.2023 [which granted permission for the demolition of existing property and the erection of 5 detached dwellings with associated works] to make amendments to the house types, remove the use of PV panels, use a different stone and amend drainage from soakaways to YW sewer.

Detached house and altered access

T1 poplar - request permission to reduce the lower limb to a suitable growth point, away from the clients home by 3m, it is touching the roof and will most likely cause issues further down the line. T2 poplar - there are a few limbs which are smaller possibly self seeders, going over the garage and almost touching. Requesting permission to take these out. The last limb had been cut before and we would like permission to pollard this to take it away from the garage roof.

Extension and conversion of existing vacant building (formerly a public house) to consist of the conversion of ground floor into 1no. retail unit, cycle and bin store, plant room and amenity space with the conversion of 6no. new apartments at first floor level and extended first floor.
