Non-material amendment to approved application 21/02188/FUL dated 20.04.2022 (Replan of part of City Fields Phase 5A [approved under 18/02880/FUL] including minor amendments to internal layout and widening of road, construction of three additional dwellings, substitution of house types and revised drainage strategy) comprising house type substitutions on plots 53-63 to the Building Regulations Part L equivalent house type and revisions to previously approved boundary treatment details together with the variation of condition 1(approved plans).

Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 4 (boundary treatments) and 10 (hedging) pursuant to approved application 22/01798/FUL dated 16.11.2022 (which granted planning permission for Demolition of a 3 bedroom dwelling house and the construction of 2 dwelling houses) to amend the elevations and layout of the proposed dwellings and to amend the proposed boundary treatments

Approval (18/02793/FUL dated 15th November 2019) has already been granted for: demolition of riding arena building and construction of two detached houses, including ancillary works. This proposal is to vary house design on plot 7 (condition 2) vary boundary treatment (condition 8) and vary landscaping (condition 9)

Demolition of Existing House & Outbuildings and Erection of 5 No. Detached Dwellings in 6 Phases as follows: Phase 1: Demolition of home & preparation of compound for parking washing/storage etc. Construction of temporary/permanent perimeter fencing/boundary treatment.
