Approval (18/02793/FUL dated 15th November 2019) has already been granted for: demolition of riding arena building and construction of two detached houses, including ancillary works. This proposal is to vary house design on plot 7 (condition 2) vary boundary treatment (condition 8) and vary landscaping (condition 9)

Variation of condition no.2 (plans list) of permission 18/01488/FUL (Construction of two detached dwellings, with associated access, external works, drainage and landscape dated 19th September 2018) to amend the layout and house type design.
