Demolition of existing buildings and full planning application for the erection of a 72 bed care home facility (Class C2 Use), with associated access, car parking, cycle storage, landscaping, boundary treatments and refuse facilities.

Approval (18/02793/FUL dated 15th November 2019) has already been granted for: demolition of riding arena building and construction of two detached houses, including ancillary works. This proposal is to vary house design on plot 7 (condition 2) vary boundary treatment (condition 8) and vary landscaping (condition 9)
