Non-material amendment pursuant to approved planning application 21/00398/FUL dated 19.4.2021 (for Change of use from retail E(a) to C4 House in Multiple Occupation and associated external alterations) to permit an alteration to the description of development to remove the reference to use class C4 and to replace this with sui generis.
