Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) and 3 (materials) of approved application 18/00592/S7301 dated 4.11.2021 [which granted permission to permit a higher front gable to provide more room on the second floor and window, a side door into each garage, larger bi-fold doors to the rear of each plot and a ground floor side extension to plot 1 to make the living and dining room larger. To also permit quoins and use of artificial stone instead of brick] to change the house type to plot 1 and to use cream upvc windows instead of white to all plots.
