Variation of condition 7 (fence retention) of approved application 15/02873/FUL dated 4.3.2016 [Change of use of former landscape gardeners yard to car park and change a dwellinghouse to offices (Both for use in association with adjacent garden centre)] to re-open the vehicular access and use as an exit only from the existing car park.

Change of use to the first and second floor from office space to 4 residential flats. Replace front windows with double glazed aluminium to match existing. Replace rear windows with double glazed PVCu windows. Introduce proposed entrance to the upper floor flats from the front of ground floor retail unit 5 by replacing part of the shop front.

Non material amendments to approved planning application 23/00516/FUL dated 11.5.2023 (for the refurbishment and extension of office building including ancillary works and landscaping) to add 2 externally mounted bat boxes as opposed to 1 integrated bat box (re: Condition 8), make amendments to site layout plan to cover hard and soft landscaping changes to approved plan (re: Condition 7), change the roofing material and change the entrance door from revolving to slider.
