Non material amendment to approved application 20/01017/FUL dated 04/12/2020 (Change of use of existing buildings from offices (class B1) to form 14 no. flats including removal of existing internal walls and formation of 1no. new window openings and blocking up of existing door way and demolition of single storey side link extension and construction of bin storage area) to make minor alterations to the internal layout and add a window.
