Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of approved application 17/02995/FUL dated 11 October 2019 [which granted full planning permission for the demolition of existing buildings and structures forming part of the listed mill complex; the repair, adaptation and alteration of existing buildings forming part of the listed mill complex and Caddies Wainwright building; erection of new external stair and lift cores; repairs and alterations to chimney to create new sculptural form; and construction of a new building. Use of the mill complex and new building for a flexible mix of the following uses: Retail shops (A1); Market stalls (A1); Restaurants and cafes (A3); Bars (A4); Food and drink market stalls (A5); Offices (B1); Craft workshops (B1); Studios (B1); Microbrewery (B2); Hotel (C1); Art gallery / display spaces (D1); Conference space (D1); Education and training (D1); Events space (D2) and health and fitness (D2). Associated external circulation and seating areas; creation of new public realm and landscaping; riverside pier structure; flood defences; cycle parking; access arrangements and highways works; rooftop plant; and other associated works including temporary uses during construction] to permit: changes to the replacement of windows across the complex; changes to rooflight design (buildings 7, 9, 10 and 11); omission of the new-build vertical circulation to building 7; change to the vertical circulation (internal) to building 9; change to the entrance space to building 11; elevational changes across the complex; and changes to the approved landscape and public realm
