4 trees with 2 sycamore and 2 Lime that are at the rear of No 11 and 13 behind a stone wall. The trees are on the land of Edward Clay Ltd and recently we have spoken to Mr Clay and Luke and they even came in to the garden to see the issue and both agreed crown thinning and crown cleaning would be necessary as in line with previous approved applications 2006 and 2015. At times especially when it is windy ourselves and the owner of No13 have a lot of twigs/LG branches that hit the house including windows and roof. Both No 11 and 13 have had to undertake excessive roof cleaning from moss that also comes from the tree size and lack of light at a cost of almost ?1300.

T1- Ash- Remove limb overhanging the properties roof in its entirety (see attached supporting evidence) and Crown clean remainder of the tree.

T1 Sycamore. Fell. Due to the extreme proximity to this old property. The tree is approx 1.5m from the property and garage building. It is lifting all the old stone around it and damaging all the area around it. It is highly imposing over the roof of the property. The property is under going a full refurb. It is the oldest property on the street and has sustained roof damage from the tree previous to it now requiring a full new roof. The tree will only cause more issues to the property going forward and potentially undo a lot of the structural works the customer has put in place.

Draw back branches of Ash tree away from church roof.

've Prune Beech located at the back of property according to the following specifications: . Selective prune to clear building and roof by a minimum of 2.0m . Raise lower branches to a height of 2.4-2.5 metres to improve clearance over grass area/fence. Remove resulting debris and recycle wood products responsibly.

I would want all over hanging branches taken back to boundary for safety since those branches are reach out to our roof. It has been raining and windy hence few branches have broken off. We have a 4 years old son and he plays in the garden alot and they become very unsafe for him.

6Ash (T1) - Draw back crown from 4 Clark Hall Court to remove overhang and reduce the weight of the extended lower limb, removing the risk of future damage to the roof as it is currently touching. the large lower limb will be drawn back to a reasonable growth point at the boundary. see marked up image 1 for proposed line of reduction. all branches will be taken back to suitable growth points to achieve a balanced crown.

T1 willow request permission to reduce away from property by 3m. It is regrowth from a stem so requires pollarding. There is another limb coming off the tree that also requires pollarding towards the back of the house as the branches are resting on the roof. T2 sycamore crown lift to 5m and dead wood part of the tree that's over hanging the garden. branches are too low and some dead wood has fallen from the tree.

Black ash tree that hangs over property and touches applicant's roof dropping branches. Wish to be able to trim overhanging branches.

Elm (T1) to evenly crown thin by 5%, to drawback by 1.5m maximum the branches closest to the roof, to remove epicormic growth on the trunk. Crown Thinning- the removal of secondary lateral growth only at the outer extent of the crown spread and no wound exceeding 60 millimetres in diameter. Pruning cuts to be taken at suitable growing points with no wound exceeding 70 millimetres in diameter.
