Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) and condition 3 (materials) of consent 21/01917/FUL (Conversion of commercial building into 6 no. self-contained apartments including associated works dated 23.11.2021) to amend the plans list condition and proposed materials enabling the developer to provide doors of a material other than timber and windows of a material and design other than timber sash and make minor alterations to the building fenestration.
