Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of application 18/01824/FUL dated 11/10/2018 [which granted full planning permission for proposed 1 no dwelling] to vary the approved plans to increase the ridge height to change dwelling from three bedroom to five bedrooms, part rendere/part brick external finish, increase of ground floor layout, amendments to include double heighted bay window on front elevation, to alter ground floor access and to include four velux windows on east side elevation and the construction of a 1.8m high timber fence
