A series of improvements to co-ordinated walking, cycling and bus prioritisation within the Scheme Boundary

Variation of Condition no.2 (plans list) of consent 18/02793/S7301 (Variation of 18/02793/FUL for Demolition of riding arena building and construction of two detached houses including ancillary works dated 15th November 2019) to increase roof pitch to 25 degrees (to facilitate the slate roof covering) and to amend boundary treatment to stone wall and timber gate at plot 8.

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans), condition 3 (land contamination), condition 4 (boundary treatments), condition 9 (drive gradients),condition 10 (materials), condition 11 (finished floor levels) and condition 16 (pd rights new openings) pursuant to approved planning application ref 20/00210/S7301 (dated 11.4.2023) which granted planning permission for residential development for 4 detached dwellings to permit changes to the red line boundary, layout of the development and the materials/design of the dwellings.

Variation of Conditions 2 (Plans), 10 (Boundary Treatments and Retaining Structures), 11 (Materials) and 24 (Landscaping) of Planning Permission 21/02064/S7301 dated 14/09/2022 which varied condition 18 (Drainage Scheme) of Planning Permission 21/02064/FUL in order to amend the entrance lobby and corporate colour scheme, position of fenestration, provision of retaining wall, relocation of parking spaces and delivery bay and adherence to Burger King's corporate specifications

Erection of a 6ft boundary fence to front (retrospective)

Non material amendments to approved application 20/02818/FUL. The proposals include amendments to landscaped areas, northern Fence line adjusted, paving to central courtyard rationalised, site vehicle access width and southern kerb radii amended, position of patio boundary walls adjusted (walls moved closer to building footprint along slip road and Stuart Road elevations) & area of paving to patio increased.

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of application 20/02263/FUL (Environmental accessibility improvement works to 116 residential properties including: provision of new parking spaces, pedestrian pathways, dropped kerbs and boundary fences and gates) approved 11 February 2021, due to a change in materials with Permeable Asphalt proposed in lieu of resin bound gravel.

Approval (18/02793/FUL dated 15th November 2019) has already been granted for: demolition of riding arena building and construction of two detached houses, including ancillary works. This proposal is to vary house design on plot 7 (condition 2) vary boundary treatment (condition 8) and vary landscaping (condition 9)

Application to vary conditions 2 (Plans List), 13 (Boundary Treatments), 15 (Landscaping), 22 (Foul & Surface Water), 23 (Surface Run Off) and 24 (Surface Water Flowrate), of application 18/00304/S7301 (dated 7th November 2019) to reflect technical changes which have arisen during construction.
