This proposal is to vary house design on plot 7 (condition 2) vary boundary treatment (condition 8) and vary landscaping (condition 9)

Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 9 (bird boxes in every dwelling), 11 (materials) and 13 (landscaping) of approved application 17/00840/FUL dated 26.03.2019 to substitute house types on plots 1, 2, 7, 8, 20, 39 and 40; revise House Type A on plots 12 and 21 to 26; adjust positions of plots 37 to 40; reposition eastern site boundary; revise road alignment and treatment; reconfigure parking spaces; revise detached garages; reduce the number of bird boxes required from each dwelling to 10 dwellings; amendments to previously approved materials schedule and revise landscaping scheme.
