Variation of condition 19 (landscaping) upon planning reference 16/00135/S7301 ((Proposed Development of 2No. Industrial units for use class B1c, B2 and B8, with ancillary offices and associated external works dated 10th August 2021) proposing an amended landscaping & biodiversity scheme.

Request for a Scoping Opinion under Regulation 15 of The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended) in respect of an employment development comprising general industrial (B2 use) and storage and distribution (B8 use) with development parameters of up to 152,360 sqm of building floorspace (25% B2 use floorspace limit with no limit on the amount of B8 use) and a maximum building height to roof ridge of 25 metres

Variation of condition no.10 (hours of operation) from permission 81/99/07482/C (Proposed Terraced Units Industrial 0.8 acres approx. vacant land) dated 30th March 1981 to allow 24 hour use.

Request for EIA Screening Opinion in Respect of the Following Development: Construction of buildings and associated yards to accommodate up to 27,000sqm of E(g)(ii)&(iii) light industrial and research & development [formerly B1], B2 general industrial and B8 storage or distribution uses, new access road from Onward Way and culvert over Langthwaite Beck, surface car parking and servicing yards, landscaping / screening, and a pedestrian and cycle route providing access from Broad Lane.
