Amendment of Condition 29 (external plant) of application 20/00571/HYB dated 18th September 2020 (Hybrid application seeking full planning permission for units to be used for research and development, light industry, general industry and storage and distribution (use classes B1(b)&(c), B2 and B8 on plot 1 and outline planning permission (including access and landscaping) for units to be used for research and development, light industry, general industry and storage and distribution (use classes B1(b)&(c), B2 and B8 on plot 2 detailed upon submitted drawing 2000) to amend the condition wording to require a scheme to be submitted to discharge conditon 29 before occupation of any part or phase rather than submission of the scheme prior to the commencement of development of that part or phase.

Non-material amendment to vary the wording of conditions 18, 34, 36, 40 and 54 of approved planning application reference 16/01544/FUL [dated 8 December 2016 and which varied retail conditions imposed upon the original outline consent for a mixed use development comprising retail accommodation, sports stadium, country park and associated works] to permit a phased discharge of the conditions and thereby allow development to commence prior to the full discharge of these conditions.
