T1 poplar - request permission to reduce the lower limb to a suitable growth point, away from the clients home by 3m, it is touching the roof and will most likely cause issues further down the line. T2 poplar - there are a few limbs which are smaller possibly self seeders, going over the garage and almost touching. Requesting permission to take these out. The last limb had been cut before and we would like permission to pollard this to take it away from the garage roof.

Canopy Reduce trees at A1 to achieve a 5metre distance between the tips of the branches and the adjacent house and remove the canopy from above the drive. Canopy Reduce T6 to achieve a 10meter distance between the tips of the branches and the adjacent house and remove the canopy from above the drive.

T1 sycamore to reduce the branch overhanging the house to give 2 metres clearance and crown thin by 20% removing branches no larger than 10 cms. To clear rear banking including 2 self seeded sycamore trees. To crown the top large sycamore to the rear for health of the tree and safety fear with branches falling. There is also a tree to the side of the house that was to be removed when the tree works were carried out in the neighbouring valley gardens. This tree was never removed.

4 trees with 2 sycamore and 2 Lime that are at the rear of No 11 and 13 behind a stone wall. The trees are on the land of Edward Clay Ltd and recently we have spoken to Mr Clay and Luke and they even came in to the garden to see the issue and both agreed crown thinning and crown cleaning would be necessary as in line with previous approved applications 2006 and 2015. At times especially when it is windy ourselves and the owner of No13 have a lot of twigs/LG branches that hit the house including windows and roof. Both No 11 and 13 have had to undertake excessive roof cleaning from moss that also comes from the tree size and lack of light at a cost of almost ?1300.

T1 - T6 Limes: The trees are situated at Ashby Lodge care home but the overhangs are present at 665 Leeds Road, Outwood, Wakefield WF1 and it is the resident at 665 Leeds Road who is applying for the work. The trees encroach on their property and cause excessive shading; Required work: 2 - 3m clearance from property and 4 - 5m crown lift.

Poplar trees T1 and T2 - fell or reduce in height because they being badly affected by the wind which is causing large branches to break off into adjacent properties. Neighbours have raised concerns about the falling branches because of children playing in the garden. The house at 60 Woolgreaves Drive WF2 6DR are getting the main impact and their fence and garden are regularly damaged by large falling branches.

Sycamore tree TPO - T30 This application is exactly the same as my previous application to have as much trimmed off this tree as possible, for the benefit of road users behind my house, and also my neighbours. This tree has not been thinned for over 10 years, so I apply for more than the usual 10% as three tree has grown massively in the last decade. The last permission you gave has simply expired, so need to reapply. Thank you
