Demolition of exisitng bungalow and erection of 2no dwellings

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of application 20/01139/FUL dated 29/09/2020 [for the demolition of existing bungalow and garage and proposed redevelopment of 1no 2 storey family home] to vary the approved plans to increase the ridge height of the single storey rear projection, to increase the height of the brick plinth at the bottom of the dwelling, to remove contrasting cill details, to vary the roof design to include overhanging fascias and soffits to all roofs, to introduce a log burner flue and to reduce the finished floor levels.
