All trees on street require a life clean, thinning and drawing back, from over boundary by 2 metres or to a suitable growing point.

Remove 8no. Sycamore trees on field boundary

We have been contacted by Amey as the lime trees are obscuring light from a street light located directly outside the boundary wall of the property. We are currently having our drains lined and repaired due to tree roots destruction. One of the lime trees is also pressing against our boundary wall and is beginning to lean and at risk of collapsing. (See orange and red marks on plan, either side of the streetlight - green) Following a visit from the tree surgeon, he commented that both are in a poor condition and showing signs of die back. He recommended both trees to be felled/removed due to the poor quality and condition. He also commented that both are not good specimens of tree and hang over public rights of way; the poor condition of both trees and the signs of die back both pose a risk to public safety.

T1: Cherry tree - To the left of the pergola in the photo - prune to manage growth. T2: Conifer - Conifer to rear (east boundary) - remove to ground level as it puts their pergola in the shade in the morning. T3: Conifer - To be cut to either (i) height of ridge of neighbour's garage (which will give a flat top an will probably be unsightly or (ii) remove completely as it puts the decking to the immediate rear of the house in shade in the afternoon.

I would want all over hanging branches taken back to boundary for safety since those branches are reach out to our roof. It has been raining and windy hence few branches have broken off. We have a 4 years old son and he plays in the garden alot and they become very unsafe for him.

G1 Group of Sycamore along back edge of property which reside in property to the rear. Branch drawback of canopy to 1 Holly Bank boundary approx max 3m to achieve clearance from garden area and overhanging the bungalow property. Cuts will be made at the appropriate places and the correct pruning methods will be used according to BS. All works will be from mewp no access will be required from the property in which the trees reside.

6Ash (T1) - Draw back crown from 4 Clark Hall Court to remove overhang and reduce the weight of the extended lower limb, removing the risk of future damage to the roof as it is currently touching. the large lower limb will be drawn back to a reasonable growth point at the boundary. see marked up image 1 for proposed line of reduction. all branches will be taken back to suitable growth points to achieve a balanced crown.
