Non Material Amendment to Planning Permission ref. 18/01169/FUL, dated 14/06/2019 'Remediation and remodelling of land to form a development platform, with associated pond and landscaping, and the erection of a warehouse unit (B8), with associated access, service yard, parking and drainage', amendments comprise: (i) Addition of a Recycling Area; (ii) repositioning of Sprinkler Tank, Pump House, Fuel Tank, Vehicle Wash and rearrangement of parking layout; (iii) relocation of fire hydrant; and (iv) change of cladding colour to RAL 7038 (Goode Wing Grey) and HPS200 Ultra "Sargasso".

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans), 10 (landscaping), 23 (materials) and 25 (renewables) imposed upon approved planning application 19/01950/FUL dated 18.12.2019 (for the residential development of 14 dwellings) to permit the removal of hedgerows and revise boundary treatments throughout the development, reposition plots 10-14, remove render from the approved house types, revise house type Ryedale on plots 5 and 6, adjust the shared drive to the front of plot 4, revise landscaping scheme and revise the plots on which PV panels are to be provided.
