Non-material amendment to approved application 20/00639/FUL dated 05.08.2020 (Extension to yard area and creation of additional car parking areas) [as amended by 20/00639/NMC01 which introduced a phasing plan] comprising minor alteration to construction details, repositioning of proposed fenceline to east site boundary and revised drainage infrastructure to enable the development to come forward on a phased basis together with the variation of conditions 2 (approved plans) and 10 (drainage) to insert the revised plan(s).

Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of approved application 20/02005/FUL dated 13TH April 2021[which granted permission for a single storey extension to rear, two storey extension to front, two storey rear and side extension, and associated external alterations including the widening of the existing entrance to the front] to permit the addition of a roof light to the front, reduce roof lights from two to one on south side, hip to gable extension to single storey rear projection, to change sliding doors to bi-folds, reduce width of entrance door and amend stone surrounds to windows.
